The Carrollsburg Condominium is in a great community located in Southwest DC in the heart of the waterfront district and is made up of three high-rise buildings at 240 M Street SW, 300 M Street SW, and 1250 4th Street SW. E-Finity sold and commissioned two C65 microturbines in 2015 as part of a boiler plant upgrade to the facility. The turbines provide hot water during to the condos during the winter and 50 tons of cooling during the summer months. The system saves the tenants monthly bills by significantly reducing their energy costs, while making the building more efficient and reducing the impact on the environment.
