System Sizing
System Sizing is the process of sizing an array to match your facility's electrical and thermal needs. We have created a Site Survey Form (Microsoft Excel Doc) which allows you to detail a snapshot of your building's usage and fundamental infrastructure. Along with the survey, we ask that you provide a year's worth of electric and gas bills, and email that corresponding data to sales@e-finity.com. With these pieces of information, we will be able to develop an array size as well as a preliminary cost analysis based on a facility's peak and shoulder months of use.
Project Economics
The Project Economics are initially derived from our site survey along with a year's worth of electric and gas bills. With this data, we are able to provide a preliminary cost analysis which qualifies your facility as a viable application, as well as shows you the estimated payback figures and assumptions.
Results
Based off the site survey form and a year's worth of gas and electric bills, you can expect the preliminary analysis results to include: Array Size, Estimated Install Cost (without having seen site first-hand), Savings in Year One, and Payback Period
